Police officers have stopped a vehicle on the A1(M) that was found to have a "considerably large" crack to its windscreen.
The vehicle, which was pulling a trailer, was in the outside lane of the motorway near Hatfield when it was stopped by officers from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Road Policing Unit.
Officers issued the driver with a Traffic Offence Report.
They also stopped a Sprinter van, which was found to be 500kg overweight. The vehicle was prohibited and another Traffic Offence Report was issued.
