Three men have been charged with possession of a controlled drug with intent to supply, after £1.4 million worth of cannabis was found in Goffs Oak.
On Monday, May 20, officers from Hertfordshire Constabulary’s Operational Support Group, along with the Operational Intelligence and Mobile Support teams, attended an address as part of an investigation into the supply of cannabis.
Officers entered the address and found a total of 128 vacuum seal bags containing 147 kilograms of cannabis, with a potential street value of around £1.4 million.
The three men were arrested and later charged, with Dionis Selamani, 28, Klevis Barci, 19, and Radiol Hatia, 26, all of The Chase, Goffs Oak, charged with possession of a controlled drug with intent to supply.
All three men have been remanded into custody.
PC Geoff Webb, from Hertfordshire Constabulary’s Operational Support Group, said: "These types of operations are continually being conducted to disrupt the drug supply networks in our towns.
"The size of this seizure will make a significant impact on the supply of drugs on the streets of Hertfordshire.
"We rely on the information we receive from the public, so if you have suspicions about drug dealing in your area, report it to us so we can build up a picture of intelligence and take action."
