Fined £640 plus ordered to pay victim services £256 and court costs £105. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 2 months.
Nicola Tweed: 51, of Orchard Road, Hitchin. On October 3, 2023, was the owner of a vehicle which was untaxed. Fined £293 plus ordered to pay back tax £10 and court costs £85.
Neil Macleod: 52, of Ashwell Road, Newnham. On September 19, 2023, was the owner of a vehicle which did not have any insurance to cover the use of the vehicle. Fined £146 plus ordered to pay victim services £58 and court costs £100.
St Albans Magistrates Court results – July 3
Selina Scott: 26, of St Thomas Road, Luton. On August 10, 2022, stole clothing and two suitcases to the value of £750 from TK Maxx, Harlow. Ordered to pay compensation £375. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months.

Michael Casey: 57, of Vixen Court, Hatfield. On June 9, 2022, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Mercedes who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £120 plus ordered to pay victim services £34 and court costs £110. Driving record endorsed with 6 points.
