Maninder Singh: 40, of High Street, London Colney. On May 9, May 23 and June 14 2023, drove a Tesla at Railway Terrace, Kings Langley at 38mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £640 plus ordered to pay victim services £256 and court costs £105. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 2 months. 

Nicola Tweed: 51, of Orchard Road, Hitchin. On October 3, 2023, was the owner of a vehicle which was untaxed. Fined £293 plus ordered to pay back tax £10 and court costs £85. 

Neil Macleod: 52, of Ashwell Road, Newnham. On September 19, 2023, was the owner of a vehicle which did not have any insurance to cover the use of the vehicle. Fined £146 plus ordered to pay victim services £58 and court costs £100. 

St Albans Magistrates Court results – July 3 

Selina Scott: 26, of St Thomas Road, Luton. On August 10, 2022, stole clothing and two suitcases to the value of £750 from TK Maxx, Harlow. Ordered to pay compensation £375. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. 

Stevenage Magistrates Court results – July 4 

Michael Casey: 57, of Vixen Court, Hatfield. On June 9, 2022, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Mercedes who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £120 plus ordered to pay victim services £34 and court costs £110. Driving record endorsed with 6 points.

Kashmir Hothi: 47, of Highclere Drive, Hemel Hempstead. On June 25, 2023, drove an Audi Q7 on Gammons Lane, Watford at 36mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Cheryl Andrews: 33, of Hammer Lane, Hemel Hempstead. On July 31, 2023, drove a Renault Megane on M25 junction 19-20 at 60mph when the speed limit is 40mph. Fined £307 plus ordered to pay victim services £123 and court costs £90. Driving record endorsed with 5 points.
