Ever wondered what streets are the cheapest and most expensive to live on in Hatfield? New data has given us the answer.
Sales company Property Solvers used the HM Land Registry to track the average sold price data from 2019 to 2024, finding the lowest and highest priced homes in the town.
The Holdings came out on top as the most expensive street, with three sales costing an average of £782,500.
The Ryde followed closely behind with five sales averaging £688,400, while Mill Green Lane came in third with £685,000.
Bramble Road (£682,000), Bluebell Way (£681,500), Ellenbrook Lane (£671,000), Mount Pleasant Close (£666,000), and Endymion Road (£661,600) rounded out the most expensive streets.
The cheapest was Forum House in Lemsford Road at £128,777, followed by Jasmine Gardens at £139,583, and Walsingham Close at £168,550.
Wordsworth Court (£170,316), Downsfield (£184,100), Spectre Court (£189,940), Woodpecker Close (£193,416), and Wenham Place (£197,000) were also among the cheapest.
"To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales," said Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam.
"It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Wilkins Green Lane sold for £1,665,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £84,000 and under in Ashley Court and Forum House."
