Two vacant retail units in Welwyn Garden City could soon be filled after offers were put in to take them over.
The unit at 22 Church Street, which was formerly home to a Scope charity shop, was put on the market by Brasier Freeth back in April, and is now listed as being "under offer".
"The property is arranged over ground only benefiting from a large return frontage," the listing reads.
"The ground floor comprises of a sales area with a separate storage area, kitchenette and toilet."
Elsewhere in Welwyn Garden City, 41 Wigmores North, which is currently home to temporarily closed outdoor clothing and equipment store Blacks, is also "under offer".
According to the listing, the unit was available for £65,000 per annum, but the owners could have also be convinced to sell, with a "freehold available with a guide price of £850,000".
It is not clearly whether 41 Wigmores North has been let or sold.
It is also unclear who has placed the offers on both units, or which businesses will be taking over.
Another Brasier Freeth listed unit, 70 Town Centre in Hatfield which formerly housed Boots Opticians, is also "under offer".
