Russell Hillier: 64, of Sleets End, Hemel Hempstead. On June 8, 2022, drove a vehicle on M5 junction 16-17 southbound at Gloucestershire at 49mph when the speed limit is 40mph. Fined £153 plus ordered to pay victim services £61 and court costs £90. Driving record endorsed with 3 points.
St Albans Magistrates Court results – November 4
Samuel McGarry: 43, of Lampits, Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire. On January 21, 2024, caused damage to a mirror at a property in Hoddesdon. Fined £500 and ordered compensation £100, court costs £85 and victim services £200.
Luke Halls: 28, of Hornbeam Way, Waltham Cross. On March 3, 2024, drove a Land Rover on Cambridge Road, Cheshunt while over the drink drive limit, he had 82 mircogrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £300 and ordered to pay £200 court costs, victim services £120. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.
Matthew Steel: 54, of Heritage Avenue, London. Failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Mercedes who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £230 plus ordered to pay court costs £100 and victim services £92. Driving record endorsed with 6 points.

James White: 42, of Whitebarns, Furneux Pelham. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Norwich Magistrates Court on December 3, 2019, by failing to attend unpaid work appointments. Community order – must carry out 100 hours unpaid work by November 4, 2025.
Shaun Phillips: 24, of Wallers Way, Hoddesdon. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Stevenage Magistrates Court on May 2, 2024 by failing to attend office appointments. Fined £150.
Hatfield Magistrates Court results – November 6
Sharmarke Mohamed: 31, of Colville Square, London. Failed to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment by failing to attend appointments. Fined £50.
Hatfield Magistrates Court results – November 7
Michael McDonagh: 29, of Barley Mow Lane, St Albans. On March 4, 2021, stole a German Shepherd puppy from South Mimms Service Station. Fined £95 and ordered to pay court costs £400. Community order made – to carry out 225 hours of unpaid work within the next twelve months.
