Welwyn Garden City Football Club’s traditional Bonfire Night fireworks display will take place this week.
The football and social club has a new promotions team on board this year, with the traditional display due to take place tomorrow night – Friday, November 2, 2018.
This is a ticket only event at the Herns Lane club.
The football club’s website states: “We are going back to basics this year with a new promotions team on board and we are increasing the amount of fireworks to make it a more explosive event!”
The website also says there will be two entrances to avoid queues, and the club will be employing more marshals to work across the site.
It adds that there will be a limited number of tickets this year.
Gates to the ground will open at 6pm on the night, with the fireworks due to start at 8pm.
There will be adult and children’s fairground rides, street food stalls and a bar.
Adult tickets cost £6, and it is £4 for children under 16.
This is a ticket only event, and there will be no cash entry on the night.
Tickets are available to buy online at www.welwyngardencityfc.org.uk or within the club behind the bar.
